Hi Adam, thanks for your message. How could i get involved?! Tell me a bit more about what your plans are, meantime i'll forward the link to Lifeshift on to as many people as possible, is that the idea? I know some people who would definitely sign up.
I'm working on the same project as Darragh, SOUL Food, i'm sure he told you about it.
All the best for now

Hi Adam,
Just found a link to this site in one of my email folders - I had completely forgotten about it! Anyway, I've had a look around and it looks quite useful, perhaps as a forum to share experiences about personal actions and support each others ideas. Is that the sort of thing you intended it to be used for? I suppose it all depends on getting enough people to join to get a dialogue going. Are all the LILY members invited onto here because I much prefer it to the workspace!

Hi Adam,

I think it's a good project idea, my only reservation is that young people seem to be getting overloaded with social networking sities such as Facebook, Myspace, Bebo, etc.

For women who love to swap - Swishing Parties

For women who love to swap

By Siobhan Courtney
BBC News

Siobhan Courtney is invited to her first swishing party.
Want a new outfit but loath to splash out when every penny counts? A swishing party is a swap shop for the smart set.

"Everyone's swapping now, darling - it's so fashionable".

I nod at the immaculately turned-out girl flipping through hangers in a furious frenzy. I'm at my first swishing party at a beautiful Georgian house in East London.

Swishing is a growing trend, where a gagg… Continue
